It's exterior is made completely from black trigger poplin of a nice weight. On the outside flap there is a stunning silver nailhead Swarovski rhinestone beetle iron-on transfer. These rhinestones are opaque silver, but have an utterly amazing shine in the light. The beetle itself is 8 inches tall and 7.5 inches wide. The inside of the bag is lined with possibly the coolest material I have ever found. It is a retro-y type print of great big beetles that look just like the guy on the outside, except in amazingly bright colors! They look a bit like Egyptian scarab beetles. This lining is a lightweight silky polyester. Inside, the bag also has 4 pockets reinforced with interfacing. There is also a swivel hook that hangs from the top inside edge of the bag to snap your keychain onto.
